Technician hours at your labor rate is the labor on the visit, $540 on the worked example, and the parts used at the billed price go on beside it, $120, for a visit total of $660. Priced at the same rate the call was quoted at, the report and the invoice agree, which is the whole point of writing both from one record.

The follow-up estimated, so it gets booked

Most reports call for a follow-up: the part on order, the second unit, the annual service. The report estimates it in hours at the rate, two hours at $90 is $180 on the worked example, so the office can book and quote it from the report. The paid plan files the follow-up against the job as the next booking.
